Shipping Policy

Digi Giant LLP ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.rawbare.com. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all products available on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you to arrange a full refund of the charged amount.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Mumbai, India using Shiprocket. Depending on your location, the courier company may vary, and may include, among others, DHL, FedEx, BlueDart, DPD etc

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don't offer international shipping as of now.

ORDER & DELIVERY

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/Whatsapp with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. 

We're committed to getting your order to you swiftly. Please note that our delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 10 days (maximum), ensuring your items reach you promptly. Feel free to contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements or questions. Your satisfaction is our priority.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At RawBare (Venture of Digi Giant LLP), we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase. Therefore, we have established the following return, refund, and exchange policy:

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective or incorrect items sent by RawBare (Venture of Digi Giant LLP).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [info@rawbare.com/ +91 9372781408] with your order number and details of the issue.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will guide you with instructions for returning the item.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund due to a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days after we receive the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or incorrect.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed, which may include issuing a replacement or refund.

Exclusions:

RawBare (Venture of Digi Giant LLP) reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through RawBare.

  • Disclaimer ** We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few users/accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. We urge you to make a unboxing video before opening of any product and if you find item in a condition that is Physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on rawbare.com, send us the unboxing video on mail/ WhatsApp within 5 hours of product(s) received so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest. Failure of above, no refunds, return/exchange can be processed in such cases.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.89/- per order on all COD orders.
  • Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 24hrs (excluding non-working days) of order from our warehouse.
