Festival of Shades – Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

a. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the promotional campaign titled “Festival of Shades” conducted by Rawbare Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (“Organizer”).

b. By placing an order during this campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN DETAILS

a. Offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1) Sitewide.

b. Additionally, 1000 lucky winners will receive a free gift worth up to ₹1100 (applicable on prepaid orders only).

c. Campaign is valid only on 30th and 31st March 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY

a. Only successfully completed prepaid orders are eligible for the free gift.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for the free gift.

c. Orders placed outside the campaign dates or that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or reversed will be disqualified from free gift eligibility.

4. B1G1 OFFER TERMS

a. The lower priced product will be considered as the free item.

b. Offer is applicable sitewide unless specified otherwise.

c. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude or modify products under the offer at its sole discretion.

5. FREE GIFT TERMS

a. Free gifts will be randomly allocated to 1000 eligible prepaid orders.

b. Not all orders will receive a free gift.

c. Gift selection, design, and value (up to ₹1100) are entirely at the Organizer’s discretion.

d. 500 lucky winners will get free gift worth 1099

e. 500 lucky winners will get free gift worth 499

6. ORDER POLICY (STRICT – NO REFUND)

a. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

b. Orders are eligible only for exchange or credit note, subject to the conditions below.

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

a. Exchanges are allowed subject to availability.

b. A mandatory convenience fee of ₹200 per exchange request will be charged.

c. A payment link will be shared by the Organizer for the exchange fee.

d. Exchange will be processed only after successful payment of the convenience fee.

e. Once payment is completed:

• The Organizer will arrange reverse pickup or guide the customer for shipment, and

• Upon receiving and verifying the product, the replacement shipment will be dispatched.

f. Exchange will be initiated only after:

• Product is received by the Organizer;

• Product passes quality check;

• Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

g. If the product fails quality check, exchange will be rejected and no replacement will be issued.

8. CREDIT NOTE POLICY

a. A credit note will be issued instead of refund, if applicable.

b. The credit note:

• Will be valid for 8 (eight) months from the date of issue;

• Can be used only on the official website;

• Cannot be transferred, extended, or converted into cash.

c. To receive a credit note, the customer must:

• Ship the product back at their own cost to the following address:

d. Credit note will only be issued after:

• Product is received;

• Product passes quality check;

• Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

e. If the returned product fails quality check, no credit note will be issued.

9. FREE GIFT + RETURN CONDITION

a. If a customer has received a free gift:

• The gift must be returned along with the product for any exchange or credit note.

b. Failure to return the gift will result in:

• Rejection of request, or

• Deduction of gift value (up to ₹1100) from the credit note.

10. DELIVERY

a. Free gifts may be shipped along with the order or separately.

b. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by logistics or third parties.

c. Lost or damaged gifts will not be replaced.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

a. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any order that:

• Shows fraudulent or bulk purchase behavior;

• Attempts to exploit the offer;

• Is cancelled, reversed, or disputed.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses;

• Issues arising from product or gift usage;

• Delays beyond reasonable control.

13. MODIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

14. GOVERNING LAW

a. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

b. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order under this campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Warranty Timeline

• 6-month conditional warranty on all eyewear, effective from the date of delivery.
  

Warranty Includes

• Coverage against damages due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel-off, peeling of color, and color fading.
  

Warranty Excludes!!

• Product breakage, scratches, accidental damage, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, or loss of components/accessories.
  

• Improper use or storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and normal wear & tear.
  

Warranty Conditions

• Warranty ends automatically after the 6-month period.
  

• Valid only on purchases made through www.rawbare.com.
  

• Company’s decision on defects and warranty applicability will be final.
  

• Company will not be liable for refunds or any incidental/consequential damages.
  

• Shipping charges for both forward and return shipping in case of replacement under warranty must be borne by the customer.
  

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process your warranty claim, ensure all three steps are completed:

1. Email pictures of the product, Order ID, and registered Email ID to connect@rawbare.com
   

2. Pack the product securely in one box to prevent transit damage.
   

3. Return all accessories received with the product to avoid claim delays
