Changed your mind? As long as the item is in its original condition, Rawbare accepts returns and exchanges. Here is exactly how it works, what the timelines are, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of being placed. Requests received after this window cannot be cancelled, as the order moves into processing.
What is the return and exchange window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible.
What condition must items be in?
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, accessories and labels intact
- Free of any damage
Important: items returned worn, damaged or in unsuitable condition will not be refunded, and may be sent back to you with shipping charges applied.
How do refunds work for India orders?
Refunds are issued after your item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.

Refund convenience fee (prepaid): to cover handling and processing, Rs 200 is deducted for 1 to 2 products and Rs 300 for 3 or more products.
How do exchanges work?
A flat Rs 200 charge applies to exchanges. Once your returned item passes the quality check, your selected exchange item is dispatched.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Record an unboxing video. A clear, continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed outer packaging, is mandatory for any damage claim.
- Do not accept the package if the outer packaging is opened or tampered with. Ask the courier to return it immediately.
- Report any damage or issue within 48 hours, along with the unboxing video and photos.
- Once verified, we arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Who is responsible for the return shipment?
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so pack them securely.
- Always record a video while handing the parcel to the courier.
- We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, redelivery charges apply.
How does Partial COD work?
For Partial COD orders, any amount paid in advance is refundable only if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, the prepaid amount is non-refundable, whether you accept or refuse the delivery. Placing a Partial COD order means you agree to these terms.
Do international orders qualify?
No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted on international orders. Please review your order carefully before purchase, and contact support first if you need help.
What about sale and offer items?
- Items bought on sale, during offers, or on promotional discounts are final sale, with no return, exchange or refund.
- Buy 1 Get 1 orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
- Please double check product details before completing your order.

Because this offer depends on keeping both items, your refund is adjusted based on what you keep and what you return, with the Rs 200 return shipping fee deducted. If you return the discounted item, you are refunded the discounted price you paid for it. If you keep the discounted item and return the full-price one, the discount no longer applies, so the kept item is charged at full price and your refund is calculated accordingly. If you return both items, you are refunded the full amount paid, minus Rs 200 for return shipping.
