Return and Refund Policy

Returning an Unwanted Item?

We get it — sometimes something just doesn’t work out and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and issue refunds.


In Case of Returning/Exchanging a Product (India Orders Only):

  • Reverse Pick-Up Charges: ₹200/- (as we use delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)

  • COD Orders: Only credit note will be provided after deducting ₹200/-

  • Refund Timelines:

    • Gift Coupon: Within 3 days of product reaching us and passing quality check

    • Bank Transfer (NEFT): Within 3–7 working days

  • Refund Deduction: ₹200/- will be deducted as convenience fee (on prepaid orders)


Original Condition:

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags, accessories, and labels intact

  • Not damaged in any form


Used or Damaged Items:

If an item is returned in worn, damaged, or unsuitable condition, no refund will be processed, and the product may be sent back to you (with shipping charges).


Customer Responsibility:

  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Pack them securely.

  • Always record an unboxing video when handing over the parcel to the courier.

  • We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, redelivery charges apply.


Want to Exchange an Item?

  • A flat ₹200/- charge applies.

  • After quality check, your selected exchange item will be dispatched.


Received a Damaged Item?

  • Do not accept if the outer package is opened or tampered with. Ask the courier to return it.

  • If accepted, provide an unboxing video as proof.

  • Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days.


International Orders Policy

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges are accepted on international orders.

Please review your order thoroughly before purchase. If you need help, contact our support team before placing an international order.


Sale and Offer Policy

  • Final Sale: No return, exchange, or refund on items bought on sale, during offers, or promotional discounts.

  • Double-check product details before purchase.

 Here's how the offer works:

  • Buy any 2 sunglasses

  • The lower-priced product will automatically get 50% off


Need to return something from this combo?

No worries — returns are accepted! But since the offer depends on buying both items, the refund will be adjusted based on what you decide to keep or return.


If you return the item that you got for 50% off:

  • You'll be refunded the discounted price (what you paid for it)

  • A ₹200 return shipping fee will be deducted as per our return policy

Example:

  • You got Lunar for ₹1099 → paid ₹549.50 after discount

  • You return it

  • Refund = ₹549.50 – ₹200 = ₹349.50


If you return the full-price item and keep the discounted one:

The discount no longer applies, because the offer only works if both items are kept. So we’ll:

  1. Charge full price for the item you’re keeping (instead of the discounted price)

  2. Deduct ₹200 as return shipping

  3. Calculate your refund based on that

Example:

  • You bought:

    • Angular Aura: ₹1499 (full price)

    • Lunar: ₹1099 → got 50% off = ₹549.50

    • Total paid: ₹2048.50

  • You want to return Angular Aura and keep Lunar

  • Lunar now goes back to full price = ₹1099

  • Return shipping charge = ₹200

  • Total charge = ₹1099 + ₹200 = ₹1299

  • Refund = ₹2048.50 – ₹1299 = ₹749.50


Returning both items?

Easy! You’ll be refunded the total amount you paid, minus ₹200 for return shipping.


Important:

  • Refunds are only processed after a quick quality check

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, cases, and packaging

  • No returns on final sale or heavily discounted promotional products
