Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to DIGI GIANT LLP, THE SUMMIT BUSINESS PARKPREM.CO-OP SOC.LTD, UNIT-1112, NR.WESTERN EXPRESS HIGHWAY METRO STATION OPP.PVR CINEMA.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to RawBare, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We offer a 2 days hassle free returns policy for all products bought from our website from the date of delivery.

We do not accept return under these circumstances:-

  • Damages due to use or misuse of product.
  • Products with tampered or missing price tags.
  • Any product that is returned without the case, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in an unacceptable condition or not. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment. 
  • In case a product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, RawBare (Venture of Digi Giant LLP) can deny refund to the customer.
  • We ship within 2 days of receipt of order and it usually takes 2-10 working days to get the order delivered, rest depending upon the location. Incase the order is delayed from logistic partner due to certain reason refund will not be processed on delay basis and convenience fee is applicable ( if refund applicable- Prepaid orders only)

We recommend recording an unboxing video upon parcel receipt to document any potential damage for efficient return and exchange processing


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Policy:

We refund under following circumstances: - 

  • You may opt for Credit note for the amount paid or get refund for the amount after paying a fee  Rs. 200/- as the convenience fee. The same will be deducted from the original payment and the balance will be credited back.(apply to Prepaid orders only)
  • In case of orders where payment has been made through Cash on delivery(COD), only credit note will be issued ( less shipping charges). No refunds can be processed in such cases.
  • If a wrong or damaged product is sent back to us by the customer, we will not accept the return / exchange or send you the wrong product back. 
  • No Return/Refunds/Exchanges on Promotional offers/ any other offer/discounted items.
    Once a product is exchanged & delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
  • In case of exchange/ returns , no  offers will be applicable.
  • In case a wrong / faulty product is delivered to the customer, inform us within 24hrs of delivery and we will arrange the pickup from our end. The same will be picked up within 24-48 hrs of receiving the request.
  • Once the product is picked up, we will arrange to send the original product from our side. The delivery of the same will be processed within 3-5 working days  ( no refunds applicable on this basis).
  • In case of tampered packaging at the time of delivery, we request you not to accept the order and inform us on
  • We at RawBare have the right to cancel any order, under few circumstances without any prior notice. The refund of the same will be initiated within 2-3 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
  • We do not accept any return/ refund /exchange on Storage box/ Sunglasses leather case pack.
  • We do not accept any return/ refund /exchange on International orders . still if customer wants to proceed may arrange to send the products back from his/ her side .Once we receive at our premises  we will initiate the refund of the order value
  •  No waiver of convenience charge applicable if prepaid order is not delivered to customer for any reason , Refund will be processed after the charge of convenience fee only .
  • In case of cancellation from the customer's side or after the order is processed/ dispatched convenience fee will be charged ( in case of refunds on prepaid orders)
  • Disclaimer ** We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few users/accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. We urge you to make a unboxing video before opening of any product and if you find item in a condition that is Physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on, send us the unboxing video on mail/ WhatsApp within 5 hours of product(s) received so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest. Failure of above, no refunds, return/exchange can be processed in such cases.
