How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 working days based on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. COD orders include additional shipping charges, applied at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method, location and product availability. For metro cities, orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on delivery orders carry an additional shipping charge, which is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Do you offer polarized sunglasses?

Yes. Every polarized style is labelled in the product title and listed in the specifications table on each product page. You can also browse the full Polarized collection.

What is your return and refund policy?

  • We accept returns if the item is in its original condition with packaging intact. A ₹200 convenience fee applies to all returns. COD orders are eligible for a credit note only after deductions.
  • Refunds: Processed within 3 days for gift coupons or 3-7 working days via bank transfer (NEFT) after quality checks.
  • Exchanges: An additional ₹200 fee applies.
  • Damaged Items: Do not accept tampered packages. Report damage within 48 hours with an unboxing video for a replacement or refund.
  • Sale Items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted or promotional purchases.

Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?

Yes. Every Rawbare frame carries UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometres.

Can I get prescription lenses with your sunglasses?

No, we don’t offer prescription lenses at the moment.

How can I track my order?

You can track your shipment from the Track Order page using the tracking number sent to you after dispatch.
