Order Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day

• Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Shipping starts at ₹89/- and may vary depending on your delivery location

• International Orders: Flat ₹2000/- shipping charge applies at checkout

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves our warehouse

• You can also track your order anytime via our website under >> Track Orders

• Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

On the Day of Delivery

• A signature may be required at the time of delivery

• You may have access to delivery features such as rescheduling or OTP verification via the tracking link

• If you're unavailable, our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts before returning the parcel to us

We aim to meet all stated delivery timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to:

• High-volume sale or festive periods

• System upgrades or technical issues

• Unforeseen events like extreme weather or pandemic-related disruptions

We always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
