This is where Rawbare posts every holiday, closure and shipping update in one place. If our team is taking a day off, or festivals are slowing deliveries in your city, you will see it here first, with the exact dates your order is affected and when normal service resumes.
Common questions
Is Rawbare open today?
Yes, unless a closure is listed in the status above. When no closure is shown, order fulfilment and support run as usual: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 2 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays.
Will a holiday delay my order?
During a listed closure, dispatch pauses and resumes on the date shown in that notice. Orders already shipped keep moving with the courier. Courier timelines can stretch by about a day around festivals.
What time is the daily order cut-off?
Orders placed before 7:00 PM on Monday to Friday, or before 2:00 PM on Saturday, are picked up for processing the same working day. Orders placed after cut-off, on Sunday, or during a closure are processed on the next working day.
How do I reach support during a holiday?
You can message us anytime on WhatsApp or email and we will respond as soon as the team is back. Live phone support runs Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 2 PM IST on working days.
Does Rawbare still ship worldwide during Indian festivals?
Yes. International orders continue to ship. Festival closures in India may add a short delay to dispatch, which is always listed here in advance.
