Six months, effective from the date of delivery, on all Rawbare eyewear.
What does the warranty cover, and what is excluded?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty conditions
A few terms apply to every claim.
- The warranty ends automatically after the 6-month period.
- Valid only on purchases made through www.rawbare.com.
- The company's decision on defects and warranty applicability is final.
- The company will not be liable for refunds or any incidental or consequential damages.
- Shipping charges for both forward and return shipping, in case of a replacement under warranty, must be borne by the customer.

What does the Rawbare warranty cover?

What is not covered by the warranty?
Breakage, scratches, accidental damage, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage, unauthorised modifications or repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
How do I claim my Rawbare warranty?
Email photos of the product, your Order ID, and your registered email to connect@rawbare.com, pack the product securely in one box, and include every accessory that came with it.
Does the warranty cover scratches or breakage?
No. Scratches, breakage, and accidental damage are not covered, as the warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects.
Who pays shipping for a warranty replacement?
The customer bears both the forward and return shipping charges in the case of a replacement under warranty.
