How long is the Rawbare warranty?
Six months, effective from the date of delivery, on all Rawbare eyewear bought through rawbare.com.
There is nothing to register. The warranty applies automatically to every order. Keep your Order ID and order confirmation safe, in case you ever need to raise a claim.
Why does Rawbare stand behind every pair?
The warranty is not a formality. It reflects how each pair is made and checked before it reaches you. We would rather build eyewear that lasts than hide behind the fine print.

What does the warranty cover, and what is excluded?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

- Shipping charges for both forward and return shipping, in case of a replacement under warranty, must be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your email, here is how the process works.

Our team checks your photos and details against the warranty terms to confirm whether the issue is a covered manufacturing or material defect.

If needed, we ask you to send the product in. Pack it securely with all accessories so it reaches us safely.

If the defect is covered, we arrange a replacement under warranty. The company's decision on defects and warranty applicability is final.

For a replacement under warranty, both forward and return shipping charges are borne by the customer, as set out in the conditions above.
How do you keep your Rawbare eyewear in top shape?
Most issues are easy to avoid with a little care. These habits protect your frames and keep them looking their best.
Store it in the case. When you are not wearing your sunglasses, keep them in the case to avoid scratches and pressure on the frame.
Clean gently. Wipe the lenses with the microfibre cloth provided. Avoid tissues, shirts, and harsh cleaners that can damage coatings.
Keep away from heat. Avoid leaving frames on a hot dashboard or in direct sun for long periods, which can affect the finish.
Use both hands. Put on and remove your sunglasses with both hands to reduce stress on the hinges and arms.

Every Rawbare pair carries a 6-month conditional warranty, effective from the date of delivery. Coverage ends automatically once the 6-month period is over.
Do I need to register my Rawbare warranty?
No. The warranty applies automatically to every pair bought through rawbare.com. Just keep your Order ID and order confirmation in case you need to raise a claim.
What does the Rawbare warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing and material defects: corrosion, rusting, coating burst or peel-off, peeling of colour, and colour fading.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Breakage, scratches, accidental damage, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage, unauthorised modifications or repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Does the warranty cover scratches or breakage?
No. Scratches, breakage, and accidental damage are not covered, as the warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects.
How do I claim my Rawbare warranty?
Email photos of the product, your Order ID, and your registered email to connect@rawbare.com, pack the product securely in one box, and include every accessory that came with it.
Who pays shipping for a warranty replacement?
The customer bears both the forward and return shipping charges in the case of a replacement under warranty.
Is the warranty valid on Rawbare bought from other websites or stores?
No. The warranty is valid only on purchases made through www.rawbare.com.
Can I get a refund under the warranty?

1. INTRODUCTION
a. These Terms and Conditions (โTermsโ) govern participation in the promotional campaign titled โFestival of Shadesโ conducted by Rawbare Lifestyle Pvt Ltd (โOrganizerโ).
b. By placing an order during this campaign, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. CAMPAIGN DETAILS
a. Offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1) Sitewide.
b. Additionally, 1000 lucky winners will receive a free gift worth up to โน1100 (applicable on prepaid orders only).
c. Campaign is valid only on 30th and 31st March 2026.
3. ELIGIBILITY
