No. Lens darkness and UV protection are unrelated. A dark lens with no UV filter can be worse than wearing nothing, because it widens your pupils and lets more UV in. Every Rawbare lens is fully UV400 regardless of tint. Here is how to spot real UV protection.

Grey keeps colours true and suits bright daylight, brown lifts contrast and works well for driving and overcast days, and green gives a natural all-round balance. Colour is about comfort and preference, not protection, since every lens is UV400. See our lens colour guide.

Most Rawbare frames weigh around 30 grams, light enough to wear all day without pressure on your nose or ears. Lightweight comfort is built into how each pair is designed.

Yes. Our Kids collection is designed for younger faces with the same 100% UV400 protection. Children's eyes are more sensitive to UV, so early protection matters.

They are millimetre measurements. The first is the lens width, the second is the bridge width across the nose, and the third is the temple length along the arm. Together they describe how the frame fits.

You can raise an exchange within 48 hours of delivery, as long as the pair is unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Yes, COD is available within India. A delivery charge from Rs 89 applies and varies by location, while prepaid orders within India ship free.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled. To change anything, contact us quickly with your Order ID.

For Partial COD orders, the advance you pay is refundable only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day, and weekend orders go out the following Monday. Yes, all prepaid orders within India ship free. COD orders carry a charge from Rs 89, and international orders are charged Rs 2000, which may vary by pincode.

Prepaid refunds via NEFT are completed within 3 to 7 working days after your item reaches us and passes a quality check. Gift coupons are issued within 3 days.

Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the sealed outer packaging, and report the issue within 48 hours with the video and photos. Once verified, we arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days.

No. Items bought on sale, on offers, or as part of Buy 1 Get 1 are final sale, with no return, exchange or refund.

Yes. Every pair carries a 6-month conditional warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects such as corrosion, rusting, and coating or colour issues. It applies automatically, with nothing to register. Read the full Warranty Policy.

Scratches, breakage, accidental damage, misuse, lost components and normal wear and tear are not covered, as the warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects.
