Do polarized sunglasses block UV?
Yes. Every pair in this collection has UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometres, alongside the polarized filter.
Are polarized sunglasses good for driving?
Yes for daytime driving, where they cut glare off the road and other vehicles. They are not recommended for night driving, where clear or low-tint lenses work better.
What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized?
Polarized lenses contain a filter that blocks horizontal glare, giving clearer, more comfortable vision in bright light. Non-polarized lenses reduce overall brightness but not glare.
