When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day.

How do I track my order?

What are your business hours?
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday during working hours.

What happens on the day of delivery?
Your courier may ask for a signature, and you can manage the delivery through your tracking link.
- A signature may be required at the time of delivery
- Reschedule or complete OTP verification through the tracking link
- If you are unavailable, the courier makes up to 3 attempts before the parcel returns to us
