Returning an Unwanted Item?
We get it โ sometimes something just doesnโt work out and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and issue refunds.
Return / Exchange Window
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

In Case of Returning/Exchanging a Product (India Orders Only):
โข COD Orders: Only credit note will be provided after deducting โน200/-
โข Refund Timelines:
โฆ Gift Coupon: Within 3 days of product reaching us and passing quality check

Original Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
โข Unused and unworn
โข In their original packaging
โข With all tags, accessories, and labels intact
โข Not damaged in any form

Used or Damaged Items
If an item is returned in worn, damaged, or unsuitable condition, no refund will be processed, and the product may be sent back to you (with shipping charges).

Customer Responsibility
โข Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Pack them securely.
โข Always record an unboxing video when handing over the parcel to the courier.
โข We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, redelivery charges apply.

Partial Cash on Delivery Policy
For Partial COD orders, any amount paid in advance is refundable only if the order has not been dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, the prepaid amount is non-refundable, whether you accept the delivery or refuse it.
Placing a Partial COD order means you agree to these terms.

โข Do not accept if the outer package is opened or tampered with. Ask the courier to return it.

No worries โ returns are accepted! But since the offer depends on buying both items, the refund will be adjusted based on what you decide to keep or return.
If you return the item that you got for 50% off:

Example:
โข You got Lunar for โน1099 โ paid โน549.50 after discount
โข You return it
โข Refund = โน549.50 โ โน200 = โน349.50

If you return the full-price item and keep the discounted one:
The discount no longer applies, because the offer only works if both items are kept. So we will:
1. Charge full price for the item youโre keeping
2. Deduct โน200 as return shipping
3. Calculate your refund accordingly
Example:
โข Angular Aura: โน1499
โข Lunar: โน1099 โ 50% off = โน549.50
โข Total paid: โน2048.50
If returning Angular Aura and keeping Lunar:
โข Lunar goes back to full price = โน1099
โข Return shipping = โน200
โข Total charge = โน1299
โข Refund = โน2048.50 โ โน1299 = โน749.50
