Improve airflow. Fogging needs trapped humid air. Sitting frames slightly further from the face, choosing a frame with a small gap at the bridge, or cracking a helmet visor open by a few millimetres all reduce the trapped volume.

Manage the temperature difference. Letting eyewear reach ambient temperature before going outside removes the cause entirely. If you are stepping out of air conditioning, taking your glasses off for a minute beforehand is remarkably effective.

Direct exhaled breath away. With a mask, a well-fitted nose wire is the single biggest factor. Air escaping upward past a loose mask edge is what fogs the lens.
