What comes in the Rawbare Luxe Collection box?
Six things: your sunglasses, a premium black case, a cleaning cloth with lens cleaning spray, a screwdriver keyring, a warranty card and a thank-you card.
The Luxe box is for pairs from the Rawbare Luxe Collection. The spray and the screwdriver keyring are the two extras.

Standard box vs Luxe box: what is the difference?
Both boxes include the sunglasses, case, cleaning cloth, warranty card and thank-you card. Only the Luxe box adds a lens cleaning spray and a screwdriver keyring.

How should you use each item in the box?
A few simple habits keep your pair looking new for longer.
Case. Put your sunglasses back in the case whenever you take them off. It prevents scratches and pressure on the frame.
Cleaning cloth. Wipe the lenses gently with the microfibre cloth. Avoid tissues, shirts and harsh cleaners, which can damage lens coatings.
Lens spray (Luxe). Spray lightly on the lenses, then wipe with the cloth. Use it for fingerprints and dust that a dry wipe does not lift.
Screwdriver keyring (Luxe). If a hinge feels loose, give the small screw a gentle turn. Do not overtighten.
Warranty card. Keep it safe with your Order ID. You will need your Order ID if you ever raise a warranty claim.
Box and accessories. Hold on to them. For a warranty claim, all accessories received with the product must be sent back with it.

What should you do if something is missing from your box?
Message Rawbare on WhatsApp or email connect@rawbare.com with your Order ID and a photo of what arrived. The team will sort it out.

Do Rawbare sunglasses come with a case?
Yes. Every Rawbare pair ships in a premium black case, for both standard and Luxe Collection orders.
What comes in the Rawbare Luxe Collection box?
The sunglasses, a premium black case, a cleaning cloth with lens cleaning spray, a screwdriver keyring, a warranty card and a thank-you card.
Is a cleaning cloth included with Rawbare sunglasses?
Yes. Every order includes a microfibre cleaning cloth. Luxe Collection orders also include a lens cleaning spray.
Do all Rawbare orders come with a screwdriver keyring?
No. The screwdriver keyring comes only with pairs from the Rawbare Luxe Collection.
What does the Rawbare warranty card cover?
It covers manufacturing and material defects for 6 months from the date of delivery, such as corrosion, rusting, coating peel-off and colour fading. Breakage, scratches and accidental damage are not covered. The warranty applies to purchases made on rawbare.com.
Should I keep the case and accessories?
Yes. If you raise a warranty claim, all accessories received with the product need to be sent back with it, so keep them along with your Order ID.
