Returning an Unwanted Item?

We get it — sometimes something just doesn’t work out and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and issue refunds.

Return / Exchange Window

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of the order being delivered.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• COD Orders: Only credit note will be provided after deducting ₹200/-

• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Pack them securely.

• Always record an unboxing video when handing over the parcel to the courier.

• We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, redelivery charges apply.

Partial Cash on Delivery Policy

For Partial COD orders, any amount paid in advance is refundable only if the order has not been dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, the prepaid amount is non-refundable, whether you accept the delivery or refuse it.

No worries — returns are accepted! But since the offer depends on buying both items, the refund will be adjusted based on what you decide to keep or return.

If you return the item that you got for 50% off:

• You’ll be refunded the discounted price (what you paid for it)

• A ₹200 return shipping fee will be deducted as per our return policy

Example:

• You got Lunar for ₹1099 → paid ₹549.50 after discount

• You return it

• Refund = ₹549.50 – ₹200 = ₹349.50

If you return the full-price item and keep the discounted one:

The discount no longer applies, because the offer only works if both items are kept. So we will:

1. Charge full price for the item you’re keeping

2. Deduct ₹200 as return shipping

3. Calculate your refund accordingly

Example:

• Angular Aura: ₹1499

• Lunar: ₹1099 → 50% off = ₹549.50

• Total paid: ₹2048.50

If returning Angular Aura and keeping Lunar:

• Lunar goes back to full price = ₹1099

• Return shipping = ₹200

• Total charge = ₹1299

• Refund = ₹2048.50 – ₹1299 = ₹749.50

You’ll be refunded the total amount paid, minus ₹200 for return shipping.

Warranty Timeline

6-month conditional warranty on all eyewear, effective from the date of delivery.

Warranty Includes

Coverage against damages due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel-off, peeling of color, and color fading.

Warranty Excludes!!

Product breakage, scratches, accidental damage, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, or loss of components/accessories.
Improper use or storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and normal wear & tear.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty ends automatically after the 6-month period.
Valid only on purchases made through www.rawbare.com.
Company’s decision on defects and warranty applicability will be final.
Company will not be liable for refunds or any incidental/consequential damages.
Shipping charges for both forward and return shipping in case of replacement under warranty must be borne by the customer.

Pack the product securely in one box to prevent transit damage.
