Has Rawbare changed its logo?

Yes. Rawbare has started moving from its original uppercase logo to a new lowercase logo. The change is gradual. There is no fixed date after which the old logo stops appearing, because existing stock is being sold through while new batches arrive with the new logo.

The frames, lenses, materials and quality checks do not change with the logo. Only the brand mark printed on the product, case and box is being updated.

Why do some Rawbare products still have the old logo?

Eyewear is made in batches. Frames, cases and packaging from earlier batches were produced with the old logo before the change began. Rather than destroy good stock, Rawbare is selling it through while new batches arrive with the new logo.

This means that for some time you may receive an order where the frame, case or box shows a different logo from what you see on the website. You may also receive a new-logo frame in an old-logo case, or the other way round. This is expected during the transition.

Mixed logos in one order
A frame with one logo and a case or box with the other logo is normal during this period. It does not mean any part of your order is not genuine.

Is a Rawbare product with the old logo genuine?

Yes. A product with the old logo bought from an official Rawbare channel is a genuine Rawbare product. It carries the same warranty, return and exchange terms as a new-logo product, and you can claim warranty, returns or exchange as per the Rawbare warranty policy regardless of which logo is on it.

A logo alone does not prove authenticity
Counterfeit sellers can copy any logo, old or new. What matters most is where you bought the product. If you bought from an unknown seller, a roadside stall or an unofficial online listing, check with Rawbare support before relying on the logo.

How can you check that your Rawbare product is genuine?

1
Check where you bought it
Products bought on rawbare.com, at the Rawbare Experience Store in Andheri, Mumbai, or from Rawbare's official listings on Myntra, Amazon, Ajio and KnotNow are genuine.
2
Keep your Order ID
Every order on rawbare.com has an Order ID. Rawbare customer care can match your product to your Order ID and confirm it is genuine. Keep it for warranty claims as well.
3
Do not judge by the logo alone
Both the old and the new logo are genuine. A product is not fake because its logo differs from the website, and a product is not genuine only because it has the right logo.
4
Still unsure? Contact Rawbare
Share your Order ID and photos of the frame, case and box through the contact page. Customer care will confirm whether it is genuine.

Where can you buy genuine Rawbare eyewear?

Genuine Rawbare eyewear is sold only through these channels:

  • rawbare.com, the official Rawbare website
  • The Rawbare Experience Store in Andheri, Mumbai
  • Rawbare's official listings on Myntra, Amazon, Ajio and KnotNow

Frequently asked questions

Q1 Did Rawbare change its logo?
Yes. Rawbare is gradually moving from its old uppercase RAWBARE logo to a new lowercase rawbare logo. Both logos belong to Rawbare.
Q2 My sunglasses have a different logo from the website. Are they fake?
No, if you bought them from an official Rawbare channel. Earlier batches carry the old logo while the website shows the new logo. Both are genuine.
Q3 Why does my case have a different logo from my frame?
Frames, cases and boxes are produced in separate batches, so during the transition one order can contain both logos. This is normal.
Q4 Is the warranty the same for old-logo products?
Yes. Warranty, return and exchange terms apply the same way to products with either logo, as per the Rawbare warranty policy.
Q5 Can I choose which logo I receive?
Orders are fulfilled from available stock, so you cannot choose or request a specific logo. Both logos are genuine and carry the same warranty.
Q6 How do I report a fake Rawbare product?
Share photos of the product and details of the seller through the Rawbare contact page. This helps the team act against counterfeit sellers.
Q7 How can I verify a product bought on rawbare.com?
Contact Rawbare customer care with your Order ID. Every product sold on rawbare.com can be matched to its Order ID and confirmed as genuine.
