Warranty Timeline

- 6 months conditional warranty is offered on all our eyewear, applicable from the date of delivery.

Warranty Includes:

- This warranty includes: damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading.

Warranty Excludes:

- RawBare warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear.

Warranty Conditions:

- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.

- This warranty is valid only when purchased through www.rawbare.com

- The decision of the company on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.

- The company will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages

- Please note, for replacement against warranty, shipping charges for both ways are to be borne by customers.

 

Warranty Requirements:

- Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:

- Please email the pictures of the product to be duly validated to connect@rawbare.com along with the Order ID and registered Email ID.

- Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.

- Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim.

We know you are excited to receive your order and aim to dispatch what you order before 12 pm on the same day. Most prepaid orders are shipped the next day except orders placed on Saturday & Sunday which are shipped on Monday.

Delivery is fully trackable – we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the warehouse. You can also track your order through our website >> Track Orders

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.89/- per order on all COD orders.

Please note business days are considered Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm.

What happens on the day of delivery?

A signature may be required on receipt.

You may be presented with additional delivery features, so be sure to check your tracking to see what options are available to you.

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will make three attempts before returning the order to us.

Just one more thing...

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions / current pandemic conditions, will mean that these delivery services are not available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. RawBare cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Return Policy?

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns and refund your money.

In case of Returning/ Exchanging a product/s:

  1. Reverse pick-up charges are Rs. 200/- . As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

FOR COD ORDERS, ONLY CREDIT NOTE WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER DEDUCTING RS. 200/-

  1. Returns/ Refunds are processed within 3 days if opted Gift Coupon or 3 -7 working days if opted for bank transfer after the product reaches us and the quality check is satisfactory. 

If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a refund deducting Rs. 200 (only on prepaid orders) as convenience charges and the refund will be done via Bank Transfer (NEFT). We aim to refund you within 3 days if you opted for a Gift Coupon or 2 weeks if requested for bank transfer from the day it has been delivered back to us.

Original Condition: All packaging should be intact. 

Used or Damaged Items:
If an item is returned to us in damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund (after deducting convenience fees), all items must be returned to us unworn/ unused and in the same condition, you received them with their original packaging, accessories and all tags and labels attached.


Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
Ensure to record an unboxing video when handing over the parcel to the courier.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Want to exchange an item?

Addition Rs. 200/- has to be paid for an exchange. After the product reaches us and the quality check is satisfactory. The other chosen product will be dispatched.

Received a damaged item?

Do not accept the package from the courier,  if the package is opened/tampered with. Please ask the delivery boy to return it due to the damaged/tampered/opened packaging. We will not be responsible if the customer still accepts these kinds of packages.
Still if you do so an unboxing video is required, so that you can have a proof and it is easy for us as well.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with a picture of the damage. We will arrange to ship an alternate item to you or refund as you may prefer within 14 days.

Sale and Offer Policy

All sales made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any items purchased, including those sold during promotions or special offers.
